Governor Inslee Bill Signing – May 18th, 2021

Conference Committee: HB 1054 – April 22nd, 2021

Since the House refused to concur in the Senate amendments of HB 1054, a conference committee was appointed. Here a meeting is held to sign the conference committee reports on HB 1054.

House Floor Concurrence/Dispute – April 14th, 2021

After passing through the Senate, where HB 1054 was further amended, the bill returns to the House, it’s ‘house of origin’ to receive approval on the bill as amended by the Senate. Here we see that the House did not concur with the Senate amendments and will be sent to a conference committee to resolve the disputes. (Duration 1min.)

Senate Floor Debate on Third Reading – April 6th, 2021

Legislators consider a last round of amendments and provide their opinions, support and opposition to ESHB 1054 before its final vote in the Senate. From there it returns to the House for a review of Senate amendments.
